Lost property on First Cymru bus
Hi. I lost my wallet on the bus to Swansea. I tried to contact the so-called 'lost property' number on their website. They said they would phone back this morning/last night. But they did not. I phoned again and they said it would take 7 - 10 days for my 'complaint' to be processed - what? Apparently this is the customer service number and they had no intention of putting me through to the local depot as the website suggests. I was finally given the depot phone number for the bus, phoned it up and it was a recording, giving a phone number for lost property. I have tried phoning this but there is absolutely no reply and eventually it just rings out.
Any one know a proper number for lost property as I really don't know what to do now. I was thinking of driving up to what I think is the depot but it's a very long way away and it will be immensely frustrating if my wallet is not there!
Thanks
