Landlord Insurance or Standard Insurance

I've recently bought a house and intend to rent it to a friend, do I need to take out Landlords Insurance or would a standard buildings insurance suffice?

Standard insurance is not valid if you are recieving rent for the property, in most cases
Stick with the landlord insurance0
