Corby, East Mids. VVVVV cheap - 3 bed semi ex ch 90 - 110. Loads of new builds - too many, starting to struggle to sell. And loads of the new builds rented out to loads of Poles - places are starting to look like shanty towns. Not being racist - is a fact - say 8 to a house, all single men sending money back to poland, obv no interest in gardening etc. hopefully families will move over & will improve.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.0 -
I am in Central Cambridge where Victorian Terraces/ Semi's go from £220,000 to £800,000 ( :rolleyes: ). Houses still seem to selling quickly in the right areas.0
