Wallflower Seed Pods

I have plenty of what i think are seed pods on wallflowers. Thet look like mini beans. Do the seeds need to be dried out and saved for next year or can they be put in now where they are to grow?

Thanks

I have hundreds of self-seeded wallflowers every year, think the last time I bought seed was about 8 years ago...of course if you have a tidier garden than mine you can choose where to put your seeds and they will keep coming back....wonderful.
