it's just a pale blue screen with sky guide in the corner. The recordin line is still going round but it wont respond at all. i can't change channel. Any ideas guys and gals?
It is better to be thought of as an idiot than to open your mouth and remove all doubt0

Pull the mains cable out of the rear and replace after a minute or so.
Any recording will be lost but the programme will restart recording when the system has rebooted.
Probably not what you wanted to hear0 -
ours does that every now and then.
