please can you tell us where to find the initial template letter for missold ppi. we have all of the paperwork already but we need to send a letter to request our money back and register a complaint. thanks very much.

Its in the guide here but I would always try to word it yourself with help from the template as it is then personal to your own complaint.

sorry - please could you tell us the exact name of the letter as it appears in the guide - we have opened the letters but can only find a paperwork request letter and a follow up complaint letter. thanks again!

Its actually the FOS questionnaire you would need to fill in and also send a covering letter perhaps although the FOS questionnaire alone would be fine and send to the firm that actually sold you the insurance.
