initial template letter for missold ppi

please can you tell us where to find the initial template letter for missold ppi. we have all of the paperwork already but we need to send a letter to request our money back and register a complaint. thanks very much.

    Its in the guide here but I would always try to word it yourself with help from the template as it is then personal to your own complaint.

  • sorry - please could you tell us the exact name of the letter as it appears in the guide - we have opened the letters but can only find a paperwork request letter and a follow up complaint letter. thanks again!

    Its actually the FOS questionnaire you would need to fill in and also send a covering letter perhaps although the FOS questionnaire alone would be fine and send to the firm that actually sold you the insurance.
