Tesco console games for 97p (merged)

I am waiting for my second attempt at delivering these games, after contacting them yesterday, they said more would be in stock today, and rebooked a delivery (1pm-3pm)
If nothing arrives and i receive no phone call, I will be indeed taking this up with Head office, if it was an error which we all know it was, why did they leave the items on the website for 3 days (they have been removed now)
Or at least hold up their hands and admit they made a mistake.
My husband is prepared to take his order sheet to the store to collect

im having the same problem as nearly all of you i waited in from 4 to 6 no delivery! account said deliverd so i rang and a lady said she has rescheduled it same time today..... we shall see......

i am so p***ed off my first time ordering off tesco and all they have done is messed me about they have no stock left and are not getting anymore in why not tell me all this before i waited 2 hours yesterday and today!! i complained and they gave me 500 clubpoints so i didnt get no bargins or stocking fillers i dont think ill order from them again!

I was told by customer service that the order was cancelled due to lack of stock.
So my husband is going to ring the local store tomorrow to see if it is true.
If they have some he is going to collect from store.
They even had the cheek to advise me to re-order from the electrical webpages not the grocery, I asked what the difference was, they said they are in stock there....

Well, I spoke to soon, the delivery man arrived with my compensation good will gesture for waiting in for 2 1/2 hours - a poxy Harry Potter game, value £0.97

I rang to say thanks but where is my chart gama and she said - oh we found the one you wanted after all!

Lol sorry yes it was for you i have just left a really angry email to the customer services i am so angry what a waste of time. see where that gets me if anywhere fancy haveing them on the website when they havent got them in stock!! No problem, it's easy to pm, just click on the name in bold, it brings up a list of options, hit "send a private message" and away you go.

Alternatively, to quote someone's post, go to their post, hit the quote at the bottom and again just type away.

I have written to the store in question and await a response.
