Bristow and Sutor unfair charges! Please help!

I got a ticket some time ago and it escalated ( my own fault for ignoring it!!)

In fairness once it went to Bailliffs they allowed me to pay it over about 9 months

It wasnt the bailliffs you mentioned but none the less they were reasonable apart from charging me every time i paid them witha debit card £5 extra grrr
