No EA fees(£1500),no pictures,no board.I totally control the viewings....:T:T

    they will send you emails offering to buy your house for more than you are selling it for, and then will ask you to forward a few hundred quid to a western union in nigeria somewhere to assist with transaction fees or some such nonsense, and then you will never hear from them again. any advert you put on gumtree for anything seems to attract at least one of them - even if you were trying to sell a hamster or something they'd still try it.

    Google 419 eater. There is a dedicated site that revels in winding these fraudsters up and getting them to travel always on the promise of a few quid at the end of it.

    Some of the stories there are hilarious. I myself had 6 Months to spare some 4 years ago whilst waiting to move house and had a couple of them running round in circles.

    Gumtree is a great site for finding a flat to rent in London... but I would have never even considered it when buying a house for some reason.
    You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.
