Sainsbury "A mean supermarket"

Options
I logged onto Mysupermarket.co.uk as I always do each week to see where I can save money. This week as was last week it was Sainsbury.. So I made my list and printed it out, then as I was shopping the offers weren't there..

I asked someone who worked there and he said to take it to customer services and they will put it right, he read the printed sheet and saw no problem. I queued for an age as they were short staffed and then was told "They can stop their offers at any time, then, come back tomorrow and see if they are on etc etc. I was quite cross by then as Asda have always apologised and have seen that they "were" on offer but had forgotten to put them up!

    What offers are these
  • Did you do the printout and go shopping on the same day, and when you came home were the offers still on the website?
I sometimes browse for shopping lists the night before I shop, but then forget to check they haven't changed in the morning. Sainsbury's change their offers on a Wednesday and I've been caught out looking for last weeks offers before :).

    It's only a game

Isn't mysupermarket only for online shopping? Don't online offers differ from in store?
