Chorizo sandwich???

Hi,
I'm just wondering what condiment would go in a chorizo sandwich??
Got lots of it leftover from dinner so wanting use it up in lunchboxes tomorrow but never done one before?

Thankd for any tips!! :j

    At borough Market, they do a roll drizzled with Olive oil, then rocket, red pepper and chorizo - delicious!

  • I wouldn't necssarily add a 'condiment' - it's a strong, rich flavour - why not add something like lettuce, or cress, or tomato or - as the post above says - rocket. They will cut through the richness of the chorizo and add balance.

    I copy Tesco's sarnie... chorizo, mozzerella, pesto smeared sparingly on the bread and rocket and a tomato in a seperate box - I hate soggy bread lol :) It's sooooooooo scrummy!

  • What about some wholegrain mustard?
    Chorizo and cheese sounds interesting.... Pickle sounds crazy??

    Roasted red peppers, sun dried tomato, or on it's own with olive oil rather than marg., but you need crusty bread.

    I would add tomato - the sweetness goes nicely with the spicy meat.
