At borough Market, they do a roll drizzled with Olive oil, then rocket, red pepper and chorizo - delicious!

I wouldn't necssarily add a 'condiment' - it's a strong, rich flavour - why not add something like lettuce, or cress, or tomato or - as the post above says - rocket. They will cut through the richness of the chorizo and add balance.Reason for edit? Can spell, can't type!0

I copy Tesco's sarnie... chorizo, mozzerella, pesto smeared sparingly on the bread and rocket and a tomato in a seperate box - I hate soggy bread lol

Chorizo and cheese sounds interesting.... Pickle sounds crazy??
Wanting something simple - no rocket etc in the cupboard!2014: Beaulieu Family Ticket, Pregnancy Massage, Nuby Weaning Kit

Roasted red peppers, sun dried tomato, or on it's own with olive oil rather than marg., but you need crusty bread.0

I would add salad and then a good smear of houmous, yum yum0

I would add tomato - the sweetness goes nicely with the spicy meat.I shot a vein in my neck and coughed up a Quaalude.
