You'll have to wait a bit longer as all the iPhone hipsters are still chilling out in their swanky bars ;o)))))0

Is anyone back from the swanky bar yet?0

et any MP3, Copy it to Library, then highlight it, right click and selecet click get info, click the options tab, change the start time and end time to the bit in the song you want (has to be under 30 seconds) press ok.
Then when in the library again highlight the song again and click advance at the top, then create AAC version.
Drag the new version to your desk top, go to control panel, click tools, folder options, under view find 'hide extentions for know file types' and turn it off, click apply,
then go to your desktop, find the file, change the .M4a to .M4r, drag it back to itune and it will be put into the ringtones folder, sync and it will be on the phone.
Then on the iphone go to Settings, sounds, ringtone, and it should be at the top under custom ringtones
