Ok, so a couple of months ago, there I was shopping on the very website when i came across an item marked at £0.00, like you do i thought ooh bargain so I ordered a few of said item.
They contacted me a couple of weeks later telling me that the product wasn't actually £0.00 & it was £**.**, do i still wish to place the order or cancel it, so I cancelled it. However i still received these items after they had cancelled it.
It is now 2 month's on from this & they have added x times number of £**.** to my account.
I haven't had any contact from them, e.g. no phone call, no email, no nothing.
Can they (2 months) down the line add this to my account without informing me or anything?
Help

like you do? No I don't. if something is clearly the wrong price(Ipods at £10 on Amazon a few months back comes to mind) then you have no right at all to them at that price. It generally states clearly that prices are subject to change, but it's so well known there's hardly any point mentioning it.
It is a bit odd you got the items when you cancelled though, and I suppose now they have realised their mistake and charged you for them. You could they you'd rather return them...but bar that I'm not sure what you can do.0 -
What would normally happen is they would inform you of the price error, then ask you if you would still like to proceed with the sale, this gives you the opportunity to say Yes or No. They should not have automatically proceeded with the sale THEN tell you of the price error, if this is the case I would let them know your not interested in said items at said price and you intend to return them for a full refund.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Did you never contact them to tell them they had sent the items to you in error? You didn't return them, or make any effort to return them?0
