Insurace company asking for more money for no claim bonus

HAD AN ACCIDENT ,WHERE A WOMAN BRAKED AT A ROUNDABOUT WITHOUT NO REASON,WASN,T ANY SCRACH ON A CAR ON EITHER SIDE, LADY CLAIMED £632 FROM MY INSURANCE.I EXPLAINED MY INSURANCE COMPANY THAT THERE WASNT ANY DAMAGE TO EITHER SIDE ,I SHOWED THEN PHOTOS OF THE SECNCE AS WELL AND TOLD THEM THAT IT MIGHT BE SCAM.THE PERSONAL INVESTIGATOR VISIT MY HOME AS WELL.
AFTER FEW MONTHS I WAS TOLD THAT SHE CLAIMED £632 FOR DAMAGE.I PAID £632 TO MY INSURANCE IN A CONDITION THAT I CAN CLAIM MY NO CLAIM BONUS.THEN I RENWED MY INSURANCE WITH SAME COMPAMY.
NOW OUT OF BLUE MY INSURANCE IS ASKING FOR £1300 FOR THAT ACCIDENT(MAY HAVE BEEN CLAIMED BY THAT LADY FOR PERSONAL INJURY) OTHER WISE I WILL LOOSE MY NO CLAIM BONUS.
NEED HELP URGENTLY:mad:

    This is the problem when you say "no harm done" at the scene without getting the car first checked. Although there was no visible damage, on inspection the car must have had some (eg the boot floor rippled, or the bumper needing replacing due to internal crumple zones). Likewise whiplash can come on some time after the event.

    So you have to decide whether or not to let your insurer handle it.

    I would have thought it's better to lose your no claims bonus in this situation.
    People are entitled to brake even suddenly (they might for example see an animal or a child).

    Car damage behind bumpers cannot be visible immediate to the naked eye. Catalytic converters for example can be damaged.

    Similarly personal injuries do not show up straightaway. People act in shock and with adrenaline running through their body. If she made a claim it would have been backed by medical evidence.

    Sorry, but I reckon you should go for losing the NCB.

    As above nothing is always visable, the impact bar may of been damaged. It may of been a money making scam, but no way to prove it.
