clydesdale bank using courier to deliver cards

Hi there. Was wondering if anyone had experienced this and how they resolved it. My Clydesdale bank debit card is due to expire at the end of this month and I have been trying to get hold of my new card for about a month.
They have used a courier service called the dx, who are useless. I have tried to have my card re-delivered about 4 times and each time, my partner has stayed at home all day, and it hasn't turned up! I'm at my wits end here. I spoke to someone at my bank and they called me back saying they had talked to the courier's and it had been arranged to be delivered again yesterday but once again, it didn't show! They definitely have the right address etc. Not sure what to do next...
Any advice much appreciated!

Can't you ask the bank to have it sent to your local branch & pick it up or pick it up from the courier office?Proudly Banking & Saving With:
