Family holiday for 2 adults and 4 children in 2011

Hi all,
I come seeking advice, and I am hoping someone here will be able to assist with my query.
We are looking to go on our first family holiday abroad in the last 3 years in the summer of 2011.
However, since the last holiday - which was very easy to book with just 2 children, we have added another 2 to the collection, which sort of limits our options as to where we can go (resort wise).
I was hoping to get some advice from you kind people, of good resorts for large familys, the best places to book them from, and if anyone knows how much damage it is going to roughly do to my bank account..:o
The kids ages at the time of the holiday season next year will be : boy of 8, girl of 6, boy of almost 3 and girl of almost 1.
With a clan that size, we would probably prefer going somewhere all inclusive with facilities to keep the kids entertained, but we are open to suggestions.
Thanks in advance for any responses.

Hotel Ell Passo at Portaventura (Salou, Spain)?
It's an all inclusive hotel that's a 5 minute walk from the Portaventura Theme Park (new Sesame Street section opening next year) and the Caribe Aquatic Park. Unlimited Portaventura theme park is included and you get 1/2 price access to the water park. One more benefit is that some of your all inclusive meals and drinks can be taken at selected outlets at the theme park.
Aside from the hotel/theme park/water park. You are 10-15 minutes’ walk from the lovely beech and resort centre and 1 hour away from Barcelona (Zoo, Shopping etc etc).0 -
I have five and I would say somewhere Spanish. We went to Mallorca last yr and plan on going back in 2011. We lovge Spain as the Spanish are so lovely :-)
We did Salou a couple of yrs ago, Salou its self is very built up but there are nice places within the general area.
Personally AI is nice but having two with social communication issues the whole restaurant thing can be very stressful. It works best for us to eat cheese, bread ham etc for lunch and breakfast then one meal a day out or a take away. Last yr where we stayed, to go AI would have been 1100 we probably paid half that including lots of drinks :-)Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!0
