Hi,
I ordered some products from Seapets two weeks ago. At the time the products were out of stock. I went to contact them on the numbers here, http://www.seapets.co.uk/static/contact-us.html
The Orders and Helpline number doesn't get me through to anyone. I have rang over 20 times and left a message, but no reply. I even sent an email.
I want to cancel my order before the money is taken from my account the products posted. What can I do?
