Import taxes? NEEDS MOVING to more applicable sub-forum..

Apologies as I know this isn't the right sub-forum but I'm not quite sure which part of the forum this sort of question goes in?
Basically I'd just like to know how much in the way of import taxes(duty, VAT etc) I should expect to pay for an order I'm going to make. I tried an online calculator and it seemed to suggest I wouldn't have to pay anything at all as it's between two EU nations..but I doubt that is the case surely?
Basically I want to purchase some natural decoration from a company in the Netherlands(what I mean by this is various natural products, bleached wooden items, dried fruits etc). The cost of the order is £60, the shipping is £15. So £75 in all as shipping is included when calculating import taxes.
I believe that doesn't incur import duty as it is below £135 but could incur VAT and a handling fee, but I'm not sure if this being an order between two EU countries makes a difference as I've ordered from the US and Hong Kong before, US on a similar valued order(for clothes) I paid VAT and a handling fee. From HK I paid nothing but I realized afterwards the seller had undervalued the item and declared it as a gift as when I converted the cost in HK dollars in the deceleration, it came to around £12 when actually it was higher.
any ideas folks? Just want to know how bad the sting from customs will be.:rotfl:
