p.s. - bank of scotland, i hate you - why did you have to change, and what is this memorable information crap? you mean the security on my account for the past xyz years is inadequate and NOW its time to change? dont worry, if i am a Nigerian scammer i can always just mess people up by requesting a new password which takes a week to come when i need the money the most
