    evening peeps, i've had problems getting a bb connection, seems to be sorted now though.

    collected my car from the garage - £844!! eekk!! Thank god for student finance..... and i need 2 new tyres....

    allo allo :) nice n quiet so i thought i'd jump in n say hey.

    decided what to do for mrs doomcow's b/day - dinner, a book, wee massage and maybe a wee something else, i duno :)

    well - i was gona try https://www.c25k.com couch to 5k! so far im week 5 and no runs completed as yet! rofls.

    any thoughts how to "get my act together" and get out there? issues: i look like a !!!!!! when im running, i havent run (like ever), not sure where to go, dont want to go when i come home (daylight / tired), cant get up early enough to go in the morning (zzzzzz) and sure theres another excuse i've used recently (except the weather!)
