  • It is a faulty hard drive or controller. Definitely not a software issue as the laptop is restarting itself and others.

    Definitely not a software issue...
    How can you be so sure it is not a software issue?
    ...as the laptop is restarting itself and others.
    Could that not be a symptom of a software problem?
  • If you cant prove there is a fault, they dont have to refund you.

    You will need to take it to an independent person to issue you with a report so that you can take it further.

    They arent going to give you your money back when they cannot see a fault with it at all.
