Quote to replace radiator

I have had a quote to replace a 600 x 600 double radiator with a 600 x 1600 double radiator. The pipes run along the skirting so there should be no need to lift the floor although I understand this is not just a 10 minute job.
The quote is £300 which I think is very high. Or am I just out of touch with reality?

On this website: http://www.traderadiators.com/acatalog/Round-Top-600.html that size of radiator is £223.00 (inc. VAT) So if your quote includes supply I think the price is reasonable.0

Just had a hall rad repaced with a larger one (which was actually shorter), some pipework extension, new wall brackets, FB1 inhibitor, blank plug/bleed valve and disposal of the old rad total £380.
In fact his original estimate was £400-£450
This is a guy we use all the time and know to be very thorough, but not cheap.0 -
exceptionaly cheap if it includes rad, it cant include rad surely if they are adjusting pipe as they will have to drain , refill and inhibitor etc , but without rad its a bit pricey0

it wont include the rad and seems way to much., source the rad yourself - he will most likely be going to somewhere expensive, but convenient, like wickes/homebase and charging you extra for the service! order online and get it cheaper - labour should be around £100 plus parts - get him to refill the system, add inhibitor and a magna clean might be a good idea if he can sort you a deal, £80 plus £50 to fit?0
