Any email that asks for this kind of information on behalf of a corporation is a scam.. since they don't need it.. it's already on their database!
At most..you have to confirm who you are, nothing more..
If it's geniune, you'll be sent to a SSL secured site, https, you know..that sort of thing.. never as an email..0
