Honest description from EA

The cottage is in need of total modernisation and updating and has lots of potential to create a home to your own tastes. Our vendor has given us full permission to officially call this property 'a wreck' and is not for the faint hearted dreamer!

  • I love it! Wish they'd be honest a bit more - just say something's cruddy at the moment but will fix up fantastically instead of all the twaddle.

Best I've seen was a house that warranted 2 paragraphs on rightmove about the beauty and potential of a cellar, with excessive numbers of exclamation marks to fully inform you of its beauty and potential... funnily that description's been rewritten very rapidly, with substantially less cellar-joy!

Oh.....alright then. You may be disappointed, as I've seen worse houses and the EA was waxing lyrical about them. I also had a bathroom in that colour a long time ago.
