our company doesn't provide sound insurance package, so, can i talk about this to work union? But, they provide some other benefits.

Some unions can be helpful but most just retail off the shelf products or even obsolete products and take the commission for them. Typically more than you would expect an IFA to get if they were to use the same product type. As you bought without advice, they even have less consumer protection.
