Idea to battle unenforceable PPC tickets

In places identified where PPC's put tickets on cars for the slightest possible thing, or rock cars back and forth etc to make the ticket fall to the footwell, I have an idea which may help. Sadly it would cost money in printing. It may be best to target cars that have been ticketed.
The idea is a leaflet designed to look like a ticket which will state something like "DO NOT PAY ME" in black on a yellow background, with a black border. So now you have grabbed their attention and probably annoyed the hell out of them by putting an imitation parking ticket on their pride and joy. However, as they (hopefully) read the rest of the leaflet they are informed of the scam that is Private Parking Company charges, and one more person who will hopefully pass on the info to others, and one less payment for the PPC and minus £2.50 DVLA fee for them.
Quick mock up of my vision :A

I thought about when I park to put a sign in my car stating that by placing anything on my car you are infact entering into a contract with myself as I do not give you permission to place anything on my car you will receive a fine.
Will then send an FINE to the idiots policing the car asking for the cash!!
Will also reduce payment if paid with 7 working days.
See if they like that.I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.

I don't often come across them, but a hand written note under the wiper usually suffices.0
