Land Registry - Title worded so it makes no sense

When I bought my house, which was a leasehold house, there was so few years on the lease the vendor had to buy (at some expense apparently) the freehold before transferring the property (and the freehold) to me to close the sale.
There are therefore two entries on the land registry which I have pasted below. Does the below state I own this freehold? I believe the top one relates to the lease and the bottom to the freehold but I'm not sure.
I've obviously deleted the personal information and changed names, that land registry wording confuses me!
Thanks.

A property with leases and freehold will have one title register for the freehold and one for every lease. SO there are two for your property - lease and freehold. You are named as the proprieter of both the freehold and the lease - it means it's all yours. The titles haven't been merged (it isn't necessary really) but you own the both of them.
The original names would be the first conveyance/lease between the builder and the first person to buy. All subsequent sales refer back to the terms of that agreement.
Put as simply as I could
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
