I was reading about scaffolding yesterday (don't ask) and the advice seemed to be that if you were going to be hiring for over 6 months it would be worthwhile buying as it would cost the same & you could then sell on afterwards... However, I don't understand what you want it for so this might be completely useless advice :-[
There were a few people selling second hand though that I saw yesterday, and I also found this which may suit?
