Lloyds tsb invalid address

Just tried to increase my overdraft limit online with lloyds tsb but everytime i try it keeps saying i must provide a valid address even though when i check my details my address is correct! Anyone else having similar problems or is it just me? Never had this problem before and haven't changed my address in years!
