have to give a big thumbs up to microsoft uk,
purchased an XBOX 360 last December from Play.com
my youngest son opened it on christmas morning and the darned
thing kept shutting down!
(i had tested it when it arrived but only for a few minutes and it seemed ok)
spoke to the help desk at microsoft and they apologised and said it would be early January before anything could be done (I was a bit upset but accepted the delay due to the xmas festivities...
2nd of January DHL arrived and collected xbox.....
6th of January dhl returned with a new one! my son was mighty pleased.
that was good service by itself but 2 weeks ago the xbox started playing up again, phoned microsoft again... "no problem UPS will collect and we will fix it"
last monday they collected...and returned on thursday with a replacement
a brand new xbox 360!!
excellent service a real 5 star service!!!

yeah with the 360's Microsoft has been good, They have had so much trouble with them they have replaced a good load of them...0
