where's my certificate???

I had a new boiler installed a couple of months ago and am yet to receive a certificate. I've phoned gas safe, they weren't too helpful and the plumber is ignoring my calls, what options do i have left? I thought all this stuff was regulated nowadays

My last house i rented the gas safety cert lapsed by 6 months, I withheld my rent as both landlord and agent ignored my contact attempts...Since then Agent went bust!

got hold of the plumber now, about half an hour ago, he say's I should have it by the end of the week, i'll give it till a week friday, if it's still not arrived i'll contact the councils building regs department

Maybe better to contact Gas Safe again, via paper snail mail letter, keep copy,, f that is who he / she is registered with, possibility of losing the certification would I think have more impact than some council letter
