Or sharing any rise in price but taking any lossess on your own is sensible is it?

I note that that question was ignored.

Can you please remove the links, quotes and references from that other forum? None of these are helpful to the original poster and show you for the trolls you are.

It all seems rather childish to me to link to the other place where all that has been achieved is to rub the OP's nose in it.

Yes there are some unpleasant people over there and frankly some of those comments are totally unacceptable but all that has been achieved here in trying to drive the anti HPC site agenda is to totally humiliate the lady that asked the question.

Yes she is/was naive in the points she raised but so are many thousands of others that have been caught up in these situations.
  • I've said it before and I'll say it again this inhumane scum who infest that website are ghouls.

Then why do you need to go there so often?

When I 'owned' a SO property for seven years, I was on a repayment mortgage, so paying some back - and still, after 6-7 years when I left, I had to pay back 5% NE in the form of a cheque to complete.

It takes years to get a market up again.
