Christmas Presents

I need some help. I really rally don't know what to buy my OH for Christmas this year.

The last couple of years, I have bought him the normal stuff, clothes, aftershave, etc etc, but I always like to surprise him (and the rest of the family) with a special present that none of them know about. Last year I got him a driving experience (extra long one - he had had the short one for his birthday!) but this year I am stuck!

I know he wants to do single seater driving, but do you think its overkill giving him yet another driving experience? He is so hard to buy for, he likes football, but doesnt support anyone, he isnt into any other sports really.

I have about £150 to spend on his 'surprise' present - anyone got any ideas????

  • If he would like to do the single seat driving I would probably do that or a nice watch maybe? They do quite a variety of experience days is there anything else he might like to do?
I always ended up going for something I knew my oh would like than something I wasnt sure about. goodluck whatever you decide.

He isnt a big enough fan of football to justify the price of this - and I certainly wouldn't waste my money on Manchester!!!! lol

  • Does he drink beer?

Last year I got my OH a bottle of beer from every (well almost every) county in England. I made it up to 52 bottles - there are 48 counties - for a bottle a week & made up a poem which I gave him with his stocking. The large & v heavy boxes of beer were at my sister's house where we were having dinner & exchanging gifts.

He loved it, but they didn't last a year!!!!!!!!!!!

For a birthday once I got him a Caterham driving experience which he also loved - he'd done some single seater racing in the past.
  • If he likes driving why not a helicopter piloting experience

these were just the first to offer it after a quick google search.

    hope you think of something!!!
The only people I have to answer to are my beautiful babies aged 8 and 5
