Need to stop the music from this Android App!!!!

Help,
Just downloaded JLS app on HTC Hero so kids can have a look and it is continuing to play their music.
Cannot find a way to stop it (other than turn volume down but music still playing so using extra power).
Dont want to remove app if can avoid but it is DRIVING ME CRAZY!
Anyone help???

PS HAve gone into Music but not there so music playing def linked to app

I feel sympathy for you, it's horrible

Can you see the moving equalizer bars in the lower left hand corner? Click on it and press the pause symbol. That should silence it.

No, that's not the problem. The kids want to use the program, but as long as it runs there is this dreadful music playing in the background. I posted the solution in post 2...

So you did - and I had a look at he APP - that is an annoying little feature. Now removed the programme.

Aaah sorry buddy , i thought the app had ended and the moosic hadn't.

Many thanks - risked extremely sore ears again and went back in and tried this and it works. Brilliant-peace at last.
