What feedback to leave?

I bought a CD. To be fair, I got it for a penny. But I emailed offering mroe money and asking if it was a mistake. I got no reply, and as i'd paid by Paypal instantly thought he would just post it.
Heard nothing, so after about a week I emailed and asked if he'd posted it, did he want more money, what's going on basically.
Heard nothing.
Pulled contact details (cos I hate being ignored!) and called. No answer. Left a message.
After a fortnight the CD has finally arrived.
He left me positive feedback instantly. I feel I want to leave a neutral, but am I being a touch unfair?
Shoudl I do positive and mention lack of communication?
I was trying to be a nice buyer offering more money in case he listed it wrong and meant to start it at £1.
What would you do?

It has arrived, and wasn't expensive, for what it will cause for the seller I would leave a positive as it still turned up. Very suprised didn't withdraw from the sale if he wanted more for it. Maybe a positive and lack of comms, but I think I would leave it, and just put arrived thanks. One day I might be more organised...........

Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
I don;t think he can have wanted more for it - I think he made about £2 cos I paid postage but it was much less and only came in a paper envelope (!) so it was cheap to post.
Was just a bit narked about being ignored and about the timescale - two weeks to post a CD.:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

how about +VE 'item as expected, but slow and poor comms..'0 -
Agree with pgilc1. I'd leave a pos and say "Item as expected, slow to arrive, no communication at all in reply to my e-mails" but then again you are narked by the length of time it took to arrive (and rightly so) and they blatantly ignored you so maybe leave a neutral instead. Buyers shouldn't be afraid to leave feedback that reflects the whole transaction.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0

I once left positive feedback saying "Better late than never!"0

I'd leave a positive and just state facts along the lines of "paid by paypal on same day, goods arrived 21 days later (or whenever it was), no replies to emails inbetween".
What's 'slow' to one person may not be slow to another, although for me this would have been very, very slow. From MSE Martin - Some General Tips On Holiday Home Organisations and Sales Meetings

Thanks! I wondered if I had just got so used to fantastic sllers that two weeks was an OK timeframe? Clearly you don;t think so either. I think I'll leave a neutral, because I honestly don't feel it was good transaction. I was only a day way from beginning an NPS strike.
