Half Term Holiday for Adults

My girlfriend is a teacher, which unfortunately means we can only go away during the school holidays. We're looking to go away during October half term, and need some advice on where to go that is cheap.

We are happy to go anywhere in Europe, including Ireland, for 2-3 nights, and are looking to pay less than £200 if possible, for flights and accommodation. Any ideas?

Try www.skyscanner.net and see what flights come up that appeal (you can leave the destination open so you can see where has any cheap flights going) and then look at hotels
