Got some biro on my wallpaper and waht's the best way to remove it? Will nail polish remover or hair spray work on wallpaper?
Not sure how to describe it but it's a thick paper with a print on it (?)
Any suggestions appreciated.

I found an old book at an op-shop and it says that you can remove biro by rubbing with methylated or surgical spirit (but i don't know how that'd go on wallpaper), it also says that light marks on wallpaper can be removed with a ball of bread (but i don't think biro fits into that category).0

There is a new product on market called flash mark and stain remover and it worked on our wallpaper though it did lift a little of the colour outVal0

years ago, not long after I had decorated my living room-single handed-its 22 ft6 long x 11 ft 6 wide, my son and two of his fiends....I mean friends..really..decided to have a misile fight in there. They threw felt tips and wax crayons at the walls and each other...was I pleased or what!!!!!!!!
The only solution was to buy match pots in the pastel colours and using a tiny watercolour brush go over the marks. I still dont let them forget what they did..they are all married with their own homes..I bet they won't be doing that in their own homes! This was about 20 years ago and they were all about 17-20....Those were the days of super fresco wallpaper..pastel colours.
The solution worked really well..I did make them pay for the match pots..It would have served them right if I had made them pay for new wallpaper..Anyway its just a joke now.Life is too short for learning from your own mistakes0 -
Try wallpaper paste, leave for about 10 mins then rub gently. What goes around - comes around
give lots and you will always recieve lots0
