  • I called ACAS yesterday & they gave me no. for community legal advice to get some further info.

    The person I spoke to was meant to e-mail me details of what we discussed but haven't received that. He also said he would send out some forms for me to complete, before they could make a decision as to whether or not they feel I have a case for constructive unfair dismissal & would be able to represent me.

    He also mentioned something about raising a grievance with my former employer in writing, but not sure if I'm meant to do that now, or after they've decided I have a case.

    It's all so confusing & I'm just so angry & upset with my former employer.
