I have recently installed sunbelt kerio firewall on my laptop but every time i shut down and restart I have to start the firewall up through programs. Is there any way the firewall can be set to start up with the laptop..Thanks

It should startup automatically if installed correctly.
Try uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling again.0 -

Thank you.. I'll give it a go.. I installed the same firewall on my desktop and had the same problem.. Must be doing something wrong.. I've even got a the shield icon and start firewall in my start menu...:osometimes you're the pigeon, sometimes you're the statue!0 -
If you open your task manager, you should have two instances of kpf4gui.exe running and one instance of kpf4ss.exe running. Is this not the case?
If the Shield is running in your system tray without a slash through it, the firewall should be running fine. Is this not the case?0 -
When I start my latop the shield icon doesn't go into the system tray.It says the kerio firewall is running in the windows sercurity center but the kpf4gui.exe and kpf4ss.exe are not in my task manager unless I click to start firewall.

Go to Start > Run and type msconfig > ok.
Is Kerio listed if you click the Services tab?0 -
