Essentially, my problem is what the title says.
I first noticed it on Spotify where suddenly one day when I pressed play it would pause after a few seconds and I would have to press play again. This is obviously not a viable way to listen to spotify.
It's not an internet connection problem because I can stream live radio, bbc iPlayer etc with no problems.

Also yesterday evening I was trying to watch a video downloaded from BBC iPlayer and the same thing happened. Would anyone know what to do?!

The weird thing is I've just tested some short maybe 30-45 second clips recorded on my camera and they all work fine on windows media player.

Thanks for any help
