Had poorlies at home all week, so had a major flying catch-up this morning. Just tackled bathroom and our room, which was mostly done on Monday anyway when our new super-duper comfy bed arrived

Friday ~ Childrens/Spare room

Declutter floor
Strip bedding.. washed and replaced!
Level Two
Vacuum floor
Sort a box of toys or junk
Rehome/bin 5 items
Level three
Dust, deweb and wipe away sticky grots
Straighten the shelves.. replace all the stuff that shouldn't be there
Tidy the clothes cupboards

Stopping for lunch now and then I'll mop the floors, so that'll be 4 lists done this week. There's no way the kids rooms will be completed today :cool:

Home insurance sorted out - coming in at £12 a month less per month than renewal quote saving £144 - thats more like it!

Might start the spare room at 1.30pm

Afternoon all

I did all the bedrooms on Wednesday so I've officially done the list But today I've tidied up, made some little sultana fairy cakes, vacuumed right through downstairs. One load of washing hung out in the (very cold) wind and occasional drizzle but not enough to get it back in...

I've wrapped three more Christmas presents. My hands are really bad this week so I can only do a bit at a time and I hate wrapping stuff anyway.

Haven't caught up with the posts yet so I'll edit stuff in where needed

I painted until 12 well almost 12:cool: then i had lunch and have made a sausage casserole in the Sc. I need to clean my room now so i'm going to do a HHC at 1.20 if anyone wants to join me?

HHC in the hallway.. vacuum floors/stairs, wipe paintwork, fling that junk mail!.. if there is a charity shop bag.. FILL IT!

Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing

replace with fresh linen
Declutter the floordrobe
Level 2
Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs.. make sure to do the bed base.. mine was gross
Vacuum mattress before replacing fresh linen
15 minutes grotspot clearance
Level 3
Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
Sort one area of clothes or linen storage
Wipe woodwork...

My list for this week.
Sew lining on front hall curtains. (will have to wait until i get lining)
Sort stuff for tip and bring to tip.
Bring christmas box in and put in attic.
Clean inside of all windows.
Finishing cleaning the outside of back windows.
Make a list of christmas pressies and birthdays (7 between November and December) Started
Find a nice rug for kitchen.
Start bagging up clothes for school.(started) Nearly finished.
Price floor for hall.
Plant trees.
Cut hedges.
