Have you ever been stuck in rush hour traffic with an 8 year old playing his new trumpet in your ear? It is a unique experience.

Dinner done, desk sorted. Need to finish tidying up from dinner and get DS3 to bed.

Well looks like I'll be cleaning the bathroom again as while I was dressing the screaming baby DS1 took a massive crap in the bath and smeared it everywhere. I just put baby down in his moses basket still screaming, yanked DS1 out of the bath and wrapped him in a towel while I cleaned it up and decluttered the contents of my stomach while I was at it. Once it was clean I showered him off and put him to bed but the bathroom is a complete mess and the whole house stinks of !!!!!!.

    Need wine.

Love it, this is sooo the kind of thing that happens in my household!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Dusty - I'm so lucky my two play the piano. I used to play the trumpet and my son now wants to learn. I'm stalling on that one!
    Boddy - helllooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!
Tootles - if you have to stay in another day or two make sure you rest. Sending 'get home flippin' soon' vibes though xx

I decluttered some bubblebath and a glass of wine. The question is....do I sort everything out for the weekend to help DH or leave it all to him. Hee hee...I think you all know the answer to this!

Hellyboo handing you a large glass of vino, and agree with Toots get those candles lit ....

I've done s*d all flying today, as I really don't think doing one whole load of washing and drying somehow counts. Working today and been feeling incredibly rough .. acheing all over for some odd reason, DH also suffering .. but no cold? As a consequence, I cooked DD's dinner and then passed out in bed for over an hour, whilst she was as good as gold in the next room watching Mary Poppins, whilst DH banged and thumped doing DIY in the bathroom ...

Hopefully it's just a 24hr thing, currently watching HFW on cheap cuts and leftovers :)

i need to ask a bit of a silly question. what is a flordrobe when its bedroom cleaning time. is it the floor where all your clothes end up or is it the bottom of the wardrobe where all your clothes end up depending on what type of person you are?
this gets me a bit confused each time the bedroom list is published.
    thanks

In common with many other people, we had an exercisebikedrobe; I suppose some people have a chairdrobe...:D

Sticks and spoons to all that need them and hope Rach is doing OK: I braved the pregnancy thread again:rotfl:, no news there.

    I'm off for a splash o'grog. Arrr!
