When to close an Ebay UPI dispute?

Hi,
I was just wondering whether anyone can help me. I recently sold a number of items to one seller, however has now emailed me saying he no longer wants the items he's bought. I've opened an unpaid item dispute to recover my final value fees. Just wondering how long I need to leave the case before I can close it?

No he cannot leave feedback if he does not pay & you close the case.0
