    I just read the whole pastry thread, both pies looks delicious! I'm going to make one this week wish me luck. I'm trying to not look at the toffee recipe because I'm trying to lose weight!

    ok i have gotten through some of mbe's threads and they are amazing ...i know even less than he does however i mean come on cauliflower cheese on a first try i had trouble boiling water ...will try and read the rest ...thanks mbe i will endevour to aspire to your greatness ..and thanks rikki for them all ..no doubt i will be asking questions lol

    Ahh...not quite true, I'm afraid. My cousin taught me to cook that - it was the only thing I could cook when I started. :o
