Can anyone provide an approx guide to what a property seller pays to a property auction company to sell their property?
I know that there may be an admin fee of approx £400 for the upfront admin fee (to cover the valuation, listing, viewings) but what % is their commission on the sale price?

Not sure on any except Countrywide who charge an admin fee + 2.5% of selling price£2 Savers Club #156!
Looking for holiday ideas for 2016. Currently, Isle of Skye in March, Riga in May, Crete in June and Lake District in October. August cruise cancelled, but Baby due September 2016! :j0 -
I found an advice site that mentions the admin fee plus 1.5 to 3% of the sale price so that'll probably do as baseline estimate.0
