I would run Malwarebytes again.

Restart your pc/laptop, update Malwarebytes and run a scan.

If Malwarebytes finds anything post the log file.

also, once you've done mbam, re-do HJT and post the fresh log.....your system will probably need a clean-up once everything else is done..

This dont need to be there any more:
