Hi, my elderly parents used to be on BT light user which was discontinued and now they are paying a high price. Can someone suggest who I can swap them too. They make very few calls during the day but mainly after 6pm and weekends (BT have even changed the time to 7pm now !). I have searched and come up with yourcalls.net but cannot find aby reviews on them can anyone advise please ? :wall:

I have also been considering a move away from BT and have checked out a few alternative phone providers, one being yourcalls.net, as their pricing is lower than BT. While I have no knowledge of them - so far - I am looking at their evening and weekend leisure saver plan as an alternative. One thing to keep in mind is who controls the BT line, I understand your calls rent the line from BT which should avoid disconnection, but some of the other companies take over the line, disconnecting from BT and losing broadband on that line. Yourcalls.net are part of a larger telecoms group which includes 24talk and comms-factory. You can contact them on 0800 652 0434 (24talk) for more information.
Hope this helps0
