Help with missing links, please

Hi Tech Masters,

Could you please help me with a BIG problem I have.

Until this week I've always used FFox as my browser, but due to them having trouble with the Personnas they now have it seems to have messed up other parts of FF, and things on them, for a lot of folk.

So, as told by them, I started it in Safemode and nothing's worked right since! I now can no longer bring up FF at all, and with IE none of the links from my e-mail (in Incredimail) are able to register onto IE.

I've done a system restore but - nothing!

Can anyone please help out with these? I'd be so pleased if it's possible as with some things, I can't get there by web addresses.

    Hi again,

    Although everything appeared fine after reinstalling FF, I now have problems with missing plug ins; hence no video or speaking parts etc.

    Can anyone help me with how to find out which I have and those I don't - and where to get them????

    There is no question in post 3. ;)

    If it's the question from post 4, do you have an example on what website the video doesn't work? I guess it is the missing Flashplayer plugin. Re-install it and see if it works.

    Thanks a lot tronator! You're right, it was P 4, but I'm female and as is always the way, I was multi-tasking at the time. :p

    I've done what you suggested - but - it still doesn't work on this site. It's ok on Youtube, but not other videos and I'm beside myself (multi-tasking again!).
