I've got to watch a DVD today for work and the two DVD players in the house aren't working. Can anyone help please
1. Technika DVD1031 - this has rarely been used, but although it powers up it makes a beeping noise and none of the buttons work on the front - so I can't open the drawer, play or do anything. Any ideas what I can do to get this working?
2. Ronin DVD215 - works fine, but I don't have the remote control so can't watch part two of the DVD (if anyone has one they want to sell me, send me a PM)!
3. I've got a DVD slot on the desktop computer, but Windows Media Player states "Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because a compatible DVD decoder is not installed on your computer." Is there a free DVD decoder I can download
4. I've got an IBM Think Pad, but that's not got a DVD drive and the scart plug is too small.
Out of all of that, is there ANY way that I can access the second part of the DVD?
Apologies in advance if I've not given enough information. I just don't know what other information you might need to be able to offer assistance.
Thank you!

THANK YOU SO MUCH :T  :j
I've now accessed the DVD...
In so many ways, I owe so much to so many people on the MSE site.
Thanks in this instance to fiddiwebb0 -

No problem, just a quick fix for your pc so you can watch your dvd for work.
Not sure about your main dvd players, you could google the problem ie. Technika DVD1031 not working0
