Not giving me a refund, help.

I bought a pair of glasses off of wantglasses.co.uk. They cost me £138, they took this money immediately before any item was dispatched. I received an email a week later telling me that this product has been discontinued and a refund was being processed and was given a 10% discount code.

So I ordered another pair of glasses, costing £107. Again, they are out of stock and I would not get them for about 8 weeks (which isnt good enough for me) so I asked for a refund.

Two weeks later I haven't had a refund and my emails are being ignored. They do not have a phone line.

Is there anything I can do?

I paid by debit card.

I've read lots of reviews on this company and apparently people are just not getting there money back.

You should have read the reviews before you ordered them.

And never buy from a company who dont have an address or at least a landline.
